Impulse Test Stand (OI-1)

I. Summary:

The impulse test stand performs an accelerated lifetime test/fatigue test/leak test/vibration test by generating environmental simulation.

II. Main Functions and Characteristics:

1. Application: Automotive hose, AC hose, Condenser, Evaporator, Oil cooler, Radiator, Heater and other hydraulic components.

2. Testing Medium: Hydraulic oil, ATF oil, Mineral oil, Brake oil, Fuel etc.

The medium heating system is characterized by precise temperature control, high independency and efficiency, energy saving, and so on.

3.We develop the control and testing software by LabVIEW. All the relevant test data are recorded and can be printed out after the testing.

4. The pressure drops quickly after failure of the test piece, so there is no continuous ejection of high pressure gas and thus personnel safety can be protected to the greatest extent.

5.We design and manufacture the equipment with well-engineered, reliable and economic testing solution based on customer requirement.
