The gas hot and cold shock test bench is suitable for commercial vehicle air-cooled intercoolers. The test bench can conduct gas hot and cold shock tests with high-temperature air and low-temperature air as the medium, and integrates the gas pressure pulse test function. The entire test process is automatically controlled by a computer, including manual functions. It can automatically shut down in case of failure, automatically record and print test data, and can realize data collection with an external data collector.

The test bench is independently developed by the demander, and the supplier is responsible for the procurement, installation, programming and debugging of parts. The accessories and auxiliary materials involved in the installation and debugging process are provided by the supplier.

Control mode: fully automatic open-loop control.

Test pressure: 1~5Bar (pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily)

Gas alternation frequency: 0.1-1Hz, automatic control;

Air temperature is stable at (180±10)℃, 20 pressure cycles per minute.

Pulse waveform: similar to trapezoidal wave

Single test: 1 piece.
