ROTATING BENDING FATIGUE TEST BENCH

This test bench is suitable for rotating bending fatigue test of pipelines, connectors and test pieces with pressure. It meets HB6442-1990 aircraft hydraulic conduit and connector bending fatigue test. The system mainly consists of boost system, bending system and strain system; the test parameters can be set arbitrarily according to the actual product needs.

(5) Pressure control method: gas-liquid boost control

Rotational bending parameters

(1) Rotational bending fatigue system: capable of realizing speed regulation control and eccentricity adjustment, so that the specimen can withstand the cyclic bending stress caused by eccentricity.

(2) Speed range: 400r/min~3600r/min.

(3) Speed fluctuation: ≤0.5%.

(4) Coaxiality between tailstock center and spindle rotation center ≤0.05mm.

(5) Offset range: 0~25mm, adjustable.

(6) Offset setting accuracy: ≤5%F.S.
